My role focuses on Developing end-to-end analytical solutions using R/ Python, Databricks, applying statistics, machine learning, artificial intelligence and model evaluation techniques to solve business challenges. My role also involves Extraction, interrogation, and transformation of data using SQL and core operational systems across United Utilities. I also support wider digital transformation initiatives, contributing to operational optimisation during a significant period of business growth and technological maturity. In addition, I build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualise insights and drive data-led decision-making.
