ABOUT SAM TUCKEY
Having enjoyed success in the NCoE, an opportunity to join another fast growth startup at EY came across my desk. Tax is going through a digital revolution at the moment and the Tax SaaS Centre of Excellence is at the forefront of this. My role is to help our Partners and clients understand the opportunity available in greater connectivity of their tax systems through the software EY has built. In 2021 EY launched a Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence (NCoE) in the UK, to fuel innovation in technology, bring a new dimension of creativity, and drive greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace. My role was to bring it\'s capabilities to market, and provide support to organisations who are exploring a similar path. Before moving to EY I worked in legal services for a data business called SearchFlow. Prior to this I had over 8 years experience of recruitment across two countries at Page. I billed individually and grew to manage multiple teams in a number of different disciplines. Before that I had 5 years experience of high end management training and consultancy sales including new business, relationship building and account management.My thoughts are my own and do not represent the views of EY.
