   Switcher role to lead the Oracle System Administration team. I focused on in re-developing the team by upleveling their skillsets and focused on process, operations procedures, automate manual Lights On Door Open (LODO) activities. I expanded the team to provide the 24x5 support leveraging the follow-the-sun support model. I expanded my role as the SOX Control Owners and Administrators. I liaison between the Auditors, EG SOX Compliance and IT and Business teams to ensure full compliance. Optimized 20+ key IT SOX controls through serving as SOX control administrator. Redeveloped the team by up-leveling their skill sets, enhancing processes and operations procedures, and automating manual LODO activities. Enhanced compliance by liaising between the external auditors, internal auditors, EG SOX compliance teams, and multiple IT and business teams. Built an Oracle System Administration team by expanding team skill sets and focusing on process and operations procedures. Streamlined SOX review activities by automating controls with scheduled reviews, and implementing a process to auto-create support tickets, assignments, and a tracking dashboard. Launched audit control review standard through developing a ticketing process to manage and track SOX controls compliance and SOX audit reviews. Saved hundreds of man-hours annually by developing a process to simplify SOX reviews.
