About Sam Thevanayagam
I seek to glorify God and the freedom He has given me through my work!I do so by leading high performing teams to achieve our company mission by serving the US warfighter and taxpayer improving mission readiness of US Department of Defense’s expensive and mission critical assets. My career was honed for over 20 years in the Automotive Aftermarket and Mobile Construction OEM verticals which i have applied to US Military supply shortages (i.e: DMSMS – Diminishing Manufacturing Sources & Material Shortages) Root causes of supply constraints are the use of assets beyond their expected life, unavailability of technical data, lack of qualified sources of supply in addition to OEM’s no longer able to provide support. Our ability to replicate Consumables and cost effective Repairable solutions continue to provide Military Program Managers choices for supply beyond the OEM and organic capabilities.I am a husband, father of five and active leader in my community & church. My goal is to inspire others to achieve their God given potential, defy critics, and thrive in the face of adversity.
