With 12+ years of diverse experience in Information / Cyber Security, IT Auditing, Compliance, Governance, Portfolio, and Risk Management, Sam Thapa is a seasoned Program Analyst and FedRAMP IT Specialist who can deliver high-quality solutions for complex IT challenges. He has a strong graduate educational background in Information Systems Management and Information Security from Ferris State University, as well as multiple certifications in CompTIA Security+, Lean6, and Advanced Studies in Information Security and Networking Management. In a recent role as a Management and Program Analyst at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Sam managed the Airspace District PIV/FIPS 201 Program, enforcing Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) compliance, identity and access management, and building and personnel security. He also provided general FAA systems support and database reporting.
