With over 15 years of experience in public health, I specialize in intervention design, capacity building, supportive supervision, monitoring, and evaluation across key thematic areas, including sexual & reproductive health (SRH), maternal, newborn & child health (MNCH), and non-communicable diseases (NCD). I have successfully implemented and evaluated RMNCH+A interventions using a community-centric approach in complex regions like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand. Through my recent experience working for the NCD, I was supporting six states, which include Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh, working with hospitals and vision centers.I excel in driving policy and programmatic change by engaging decision-makers at policy, planning, and grassroots levels. As a seasoned professional in partnership management, I have built strong collaborations among key stakeholders, including the National Health Mission (NHM), funding agencies, and development partners in Madhya Pradesh. My diverse skill set, extensive experience, and proven track record underscore my dedication to advancing public health outcomes. Additionally, I have independently developed proposals, further contributing to impactful initiatives in the sector.
