   Oversee HR technology strategy roadmap to scale the company 10x and expand globally- Built business case and implemented Workday HCM within 9 months enabling the People team to execute on key initiatives, improve processes, and gain key data insights- Consolidated disparate systems and saved company over $600k/annually in 3rd party vendor licensing and consulting fees- Reduced ~40 hours/week in manual tasks performed by HR Ops, HRIS and People Business Partners by implementing self service and integrations between recruiting and payroll systems- Worked on M&A projects integrating acquired companies and their employees into Lyft’s people systems- Project managed annual Workday Open Enrollment, updating renewal costs, creating new benefit plans, and testing integrations with benefit vendors/payroll- Completed ACA compliance reporting with IRS and state filings. Generated and distributed 1095-C employee statements within Workday- Implemented Workday Time Off & Absence for international countries (e.g. Canada, Mexico, and Eastern Europe) ensuring time off tracking is compliant with local labor laws- Partnered with the payroll team to test and launch Workday outbound integrations to payroll and time entry systems (e.g. ADP WorkforceNow, Global View, E-Time, UKG and Celergo)- Help recruit and build a world-class Workday systems and integrations team.
