I’m currently working as Regional Director at Naturespace, where I’m focused on learning how to build, manage, and scale a business from the ground up — gaining hands-on exposure to operations, leadership, client relationships, and commercial decision-making.Prior to stepping into this role, I completed a transformative 9-month period of travel across Asia following secondary school. I spent six immersive months in Japan, reconnecting with my heritage and continuing to learn the language, alongside time in Korea, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia. That experience sharpened my adaptability, cultural awareness, and confidence operating in unfamiliar environments — all of which now directly inform how I approach business and leadership.Rather than taking a traditional university route, I’ve chosen a practical, responsibility-led path, prioritising real-world experience and long-term skill development. My focus is on understanding how successful businesses operate day-to-day, how decisions are made under pressure, and how sustainable growth is achieved through people, systems, and execution.I value environments that reward initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement, and I’m committed to developing the discipline and commercial judgement required to lead effectively over the long term.I’m always open to connecting with people who value ambition, integrity, and thoughtful conversation.
