In addition I also manage Admin/Facilities and coordinate with Global Finance team for India finance related matters. Driving Roadmaps for the region including budgets and targets.• Instrumental in setting up the Syncron India office from scratch and building the workforce.• Integral part of the Global HR leadership team, building and driving people strategy with high performing teams and best in class leaders.
