About Samson Frankel
Samson has over twenty years of experience advising investment bankers, and foreign and domestic issuers in capital markets transactions. Samson began working at Citi in 2005, and leads legal coverage of Citi’s North American Equity Capital Markets business (origination and syndication), including its #1 ranked SPAC franchise. He also advises Citi’s investment bankers globally on structuring and executing U.S. public and private capital markets transactions. Samson began his legal career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he focused on U.S. public offerings for Israeli and Canadian issuers, as well as general corporate transactions. Samson has also served as a member of FINRA’s Corporate Financing Committee. Samson has a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Cornell Law Review.
