I am a Human Resources Manager at Capwise Financial Services, a leading investment bank in India. I have completed my B. Com and currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Manipal University, and over 8 years of experience in the HR field, with a total of 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. My core competencies include talent acquisition, employee relations, employee engagement, payroll administration, employee grievances, regulatory compliance, and vendor management. I am responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and separation. I have built and settled a successful HR department from scratch in a startup, and I am currently managing 150+ employees across multiple locations.
