ABOUT SAMRUDDHI SALUNKE

I truly believe that every family deserves the gift of good sleep—and that it can happen without guilt, pressure, or tears. I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant, from the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting (accredited by the American Academy of Drugless Practitioners), and I’m always learning and growing to stay up-to-date with the latest gentle, science-backed sleep strategies. I work with babies and toddlers using a responsive, heart-centered approach - no “cry it out” here. Just calm, supportive guidance tailored to your little one and your parenting style. We always begin with a FREE Discovery Call, where I take the time to understand your child, your goals, and what’s been keeping you up at night. From there, we create a personalized sleep plan, and I’ll be right there to support you through the journey. When I’m not helping babies sleep, you’ll find me enjoying coffee while it’s still hot, learning art, or binge-watching feel-good shows. I believe sleep should never come at the cost of connection—and that every family deserves rest without guilt. Let’s make that happen together!
