I currently work at the Leadership for Equity Pune where I am a Senior research associate. I am engaged as a mentor for Rural students willing to continue their higher studies.

The projects I contributed to are: 1. Study on Status of In-service Teacher Training (I am leading this project. The main objective of this project is to assess in-service teacher training processes and provide a framework of indicators to measure the effectiveness of those processes) 2. Working with DIET Chandrapur (I worked with DIET Chandrapur. We at LFE helped them in documenting their study findings. So far I authored 2 research studies. Impact of FLN Intervention on student outcomes and 2) Inclusive education intervention and children with special needs) 3. Evidence on Public vs Private Schooling Outcomes (This is a literature review paper. Through this study, we analyzed what evidence says about public education outcomes and private education outcomes in India) 4. Literature review paper on teacher professional development
