I am currently working on the Lloyds Banking Group IVR, where I develop scalable IVR applications using VXML and Java. My work involves designing modular and reusable call flow components that integrate seamlessly with backend REST APIs for real-time customer interactions. I implement custom Java logic to handle dynamic call routing, authentication, and exception management, ensuring smooth and secure communication between systems. These IVR services are containerized using Docker, enabling efficient deployment and scalability across environments. For monitoring and troubleshooting, I use Splunk and Dynatrace to track performance metrics, analyze logs, and proactively resolve issues. The project follows Agile delivery practices with CI/CD integration, focusing on improving call performance, reducing latency, and enhancing overall customer experience.
