   Clustering Analysis on Sports App User Behavior- Contributed to developing a clustering model to segment users of a gaming mobile application based on the types of sports they played, where users competed in various games to win real-time cash rewards- The objective was to analyze user preferences across different geographic locations and age groups to better understand the audience and enhance the app’s features for increased customer engagement- Conducted thorough pre-clustering analysis, including data cleaning and feature engineering, to extract valuable insights and derive meaningful features from user activity data- After exploratory data analysis (EDA), users were first grouped based on regions, and K-Means clustering was then applied separately within each regional group- Post-clustering EDA was conducted to interpret clustering results, providing actionable insights into user behavior and helping shape data-driven improvements in app design and marketing strategies.* End-to-End MLOps Pipeline for Time Series Forecasting- Contributed to building a complete MLOps pipeline for a time series forecasting use case using PyTorch’s Temporal Fusion Transformer (TFT) model- The project involved creating a scalable training pipeline with Kubeflow and Google Cloud’s Vertex AI, developing a batch prediction pipeline, setting up hyperparameter tuning, and deploying a serving endpoint- Actively collaborated in developing both the training and batch inference pipelines, and explored multiple configurations for hyperparameter tuning tailored to the TFT model and forecasting goals.
