Specific accomplishments- Owned the design and architecture of Consumer Shopping Query Understanding modules (services and portable C++ libraries) within Google-wide infrastructure used by 400+ monthly active processes (data batch pipelines, on-demand services, etc.) and delivered with average latency to <30ms, serving 20k QPS- Worked with internal Google platform and infrastructure teams to design and develop robust solutions to meet end-user demand for functionality, scalability, and performance. Worked on latency optimization efforts that reduced latency by N% for shopping related queries on Search- Participated and owned parts of the architecture, design, data modeling, and implementation of back-end Search features for adapting Ads-based technologies into Search stack to bring product listing unit feature to Search.
