At Sequifi, I lead the design vision and execution across the product ecosystem, aligning user experience with the platform architecture, business model, and evolving product requirements- Lead and mentor the design team, establishing structured design processes and fostering strong collaboration with product and engineering teams- Strengthen and expand the platform’s design system, ensuring scalability while working closely with frontend engineers for seamless implementation- Bridge product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable UX frameworks and systemized design solutions.Currently, we are designing and delivering key product initiatives including SequiDocs, a document creation and multi-signer management system, while also developing the MVP of Sequifi’s mobile application for standard users.
