Introduced process improvements and daily metrics, driving improvements in DSO and inventory turns.Oversee month-end and year-end close processes; ensure the integrity of financial statements (including balance sheet) and compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.Manage Danaher internal audits and supervise local statutory audits.Serve as the key finance liaison between the region and the Group CFO / C-Suite, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
