I am a Business Banking professional currently working with HDFC Bank as an Assistant Manager – Business Banking Group (Working Capital ) at the Varanasi location.I started my career in February 2025 as a Trainee Relationship Manager and was promoted to Assistant Manager in February 2026, reflecting strong performance in MSME lending, credit coordination, and portfolio management. I currently manage an MSME asset portfolio of over ₹300 Cr, focusing on working capital finance, cash credit (CC), overdraft (OD), bank guarantees (BG), Term loam(TL) and fund-based / non-fund-based limits, while consistently acquiring new business on a month-on-month basis.My role includes client acquisition, relationship management, credit proposal preparation, financial analysis, balance sheet analysis, CMA data preparation, limit assessment, and coordination with credit, risk, and operations teams.
