I’m a Principal Software Engineer with ~12 years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale, business-critical cloud platforms at Microsoft. My work focuses on distributed systems, platform reliability, developer productivity, and data-intensive services, with an emphasis on correctness, scale, and long-term sustainability.Across my career, I’ve owned and delivered end-to-end systems spanning ingestion, processing, storage, APIs, UX, and live-site operations. I’ve built pipelines processing billions of data points, services handling tens of thousands of requests per minute, and platforms serving hundreds of thousands of users across tens of thousands of tenants. I frequently lead initiatives where ambiguity is high, legacy systems are involved, and the blast radius is non-trivial.In recent years, I’ve been a technical lead in Power Platform & Dataverse, where I drove core platform capabilities such as Connections ALM, custom connector modernization, security hardening, and AI Skills enablement. This included mitigating critical security vulnerabilities affecting 133K+ connectors, 146 VIP customers, and 1.5K+ environments — delivered safely, with zero customer escalations. I’ve also enabled enterprise-grade authentication (Managed Identity, cert-based auth), improved service isolation, and supported GA/preview rollouts used by customers like Chevron, PWC, Bosch, Fidelity, HSBC, and government clouds.Earlier, I built and scaled developer productivity platforms used across Windows OS org, including the insights service, VS & VS Code extensions, telemetry pipelines, and reliability tooling. These efforts increased adoption from ~40 users to 5,200+, reduced insight latency by 3–5×, and measurably improved developer engagement and code quality.I operate as a Staff IC by owning systems holistically, mentoring engineers, driving cross-team alignment, and raising the technical bar — from architecture and design reviews to live-site excellence.    Staff engineer on the Power Platform Connectors team, owning and evolving core platform capabilities that power enterprise data integrations for Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Designed and operated highly reliable, multi-tenant services handling ~69M+ requests per day, serving 550K+ daily users across ~68K tenants.Led platform work that enabled connector-based AI and Copilot experiences, including OpenAPI v3 adoption, plugin discovery, MCP/SSE support, and secure connector execution for agents. These capabilities enabled 30+ connectors to light up AI scenarios and allowed ISVs and internal teams to control agent access to enterprise systems in a secure, scalable way.Acted as a Staff-level force multiplier through mentoring, office hours, live-site leadership, and cost/perf optimizations. Spearheaded cloud cost-optimization initiatives, reducing Azure expenditure by $228K/year through resource right-sizing and architectural refinements while improving reliability and deployment safety.
