Currently playing the role of Delivery Manager for a major HCM Transformation Program for a CPG customer. The transformation is spread across multiple Geographies and more than 12 Business Units. The customer is moving from its fragmented on-premise HCM platform (Oracle EBS, Lawson etc) to SaaS UKG (Ultipro Kronos Group) product suite which includes UKG Pro, WFD, Benefit Prime. Partnering with customer in the data conversion and interface build. Have been engaged from its Pre-Sales stage to its Delivery & Transition to RUN Team. In past had played roles of Project Lead and Technical Architect with extensive expertise in: • IBM Mainframes and Unix • Business Domain Knowledge- Retail & CPG (Store Technologies and Order Management Systems) and Banking (Retail Banking and Credit Cards) Have been in lead positions in technically critical projects like: • Migration of the Sybase Database to SQL server 2016 Database along with the interfacing applications in IBM Mainframe • Migration of Applications from Unisys Mainframe to IBM Mainframe Along with extensive engagement in project management and technical designing, have participated in Sales pitches & RFP submissions for projects in Retail & CPG domain where I have – • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and create customized IT solutions that meet their needs. • Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, and RFP proposal writing. • Coordinate with multiple development teams to ensure that proposed IT solutions align with the company\'s capabilities and roadmaps. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the company\'s IT sales and service delivery align with customer expectations.
