It supports India\'s transition to sustainable employment through cutting-edge training programs.My Role & Key Responsibilities:Pan-India Placement Strategy: Lead and coordinate placement initiatives across TPSDI’s nationwide training hubs and partner institutions, aligning learner profiles with employer requirements.Corporate Engagement & Industry Partnerships: Build and sustain robust relationships with recruiters, corporate partners, and electricity sector stakeholders to source employment and internship opportunities.End-to-End Placement Management: Facilitate campus recruitment drives, virtual placement sessions, pre-placement training workshops (including aptitude, group discussions, interviews), and soft-skills development programs. IndeedGlassdoorResume & Profile Facilitation: Assist learners with career readiness—resume building, mock interviews, eligibility screening—and prepare candidate profiles and placement brochures for recruiters.Data Analytics & Reporting: Maintain placement databases and generate reports and placement metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize outcomes.Quality Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from recruiters and learners to continuously enhance placement processes, training relevance, and learner success.Coordination with Training Teams: Collaborate with TPSDI’s faculty and academic teams to identify skill gaps and shape curriculum focus to bolster employability.Mobility & Outreach: Drive placement activities across India, leveraging travel and virtual coordination to maximize reach and impact.
