I’m Samradhee Parashar, an Aeronautical Engineer with a strong foundation in aircraft design, propulsion systems, and aerodynamic optimization, and a deep interest in advancing sustainable aviation technologies.My experience spans across leading organizations including DRDO (ACEM, Nashik), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, and National Aerospace Laboratories, where I contributed to defense and aerospace R&D. I’ve worked on diverse projects such as the design and analysis of electric ducted fan propulsion systems and predictive modeling of solid rocket motors, applying tools like SolidWorks, CATIA V5, AutoCAD, Creo, and MATLAB to deliver precise and efficient results.With a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and leadership experience, I enjoy solving complex engineering challenges through collaboration, innovation, and structured problem-solving. Recognized for my ability to adapt, lead teams, and communicate effectively, I’ve also organized national-level technical fests, hosted IAF veteran talk shows, and captained university sports teams — experiences that shaped my confidence and discipline.I aspire to build a long-term career contributing to aerospace innovation, defense technology, and sustainable propulsion systems, where engineering excellence meets meaningful global impact.

   As a Junior Research Fellow at Beyond Space Technologies, I am contributing to multidisciplinary aerospace research aligned with ongoing technical projects. My role involves supporting technical analysis, research-driven problem solving, and structured documentation of findings. I collaborate closely with senior researchers and technical leads to assist in project execution and validation of engineering concepts. This position provides hands-on exposure to applied research methodologies and real-world aerospace challenges. Through this role, I am continuously strengthening my analytical, research, and engineering skill set.
