Essential Criteria• You\'ll be highly numerate with good, demonstrable experience in data analytics and statistics. You\'ll be comfortable developing meaningful and robust information from sampling and partial/incomplete data, while understanding the boundaries and limitations of these statistical techniques.• Experience of presenting and visualising data with Power BI, as you\'ll be creating engaging and compelling data products for colleagues at all levels within Fund and beyond.• This is a management role, so we\'ll be looking for evidence that you can appreciate team and organisational goals, prioritise competing demands and interact confidently and effectively with colleagues. This is often a fast-moving environment, so you\'ll need to be flexible and able to multi-task.• Good verbal and written communication skills. Whether engaging with colleagues at the Fund or talking to external audiences (the team is a recognised sector leader), the ability to project confidence and expertise, will be just as important as your technical skills. Desirable Criteria• Knowledge of grant making, civil society and the voluntary and community sector.• Experience of data modelling principles.• Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/experience in data analysis, statistics or maths.• Experience with R, Python, Azure ML and/or data mining techniques to analyse information.
