   Responsible for the complete strategy & service delivery of the Compute Shares services solution to our business verticals. This includes our Linux Clusters, the latest VDI Environment using VMware Horizon View for desktop virtualization. It includes the complete interoperability around management and deployment of Engineering Applications using VMware ThinApp, offered as SaaS.\\\\n\\\\nMentoring, coaching and managing cross functional diverse teams that includes managers, TLs and FTEs, across geographies to ensure that the established KPIs are maintained. It involves a seamless co-ordination between a high network availability, software license management and the Linux/Cray infrastructure along with a high performance parallel storage system that all blend to provide a true world class high performance computing eco system.\\\\n\\\\nCompletely responsible for the entire Data Center Operations starting from the contract management to the IT infrastructure management from cradle to grave. This Data center as a service (DCaaS) is the provision of offsite data center infrastructure to businesses. With this blend of both IaaS along with engineering applications – my services form the nucleus of HPCaaS aided by remote visualization tools such as NiceDCV for global users.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
