Product Management - Managing the messaging portfolio of Ericsson including Office 365 tools and Messaging security products with yearly spend of over $36M. Manage the product backlog and prioritize activities to be implemented for the year and create roadmap for 1 and 3 years. Responsible for both the development team and the operations teams. Deployed various custom built inhouse solutions. In my previous role was responsible for deployment of EMM solution and mobile app factory. Stakeholder management and management of expectation from the end users. Portfolio Management - Part of the leadership team managing the digital productivity and collaboration tools in Ericsson. Manage relations with 6 different suppliers and 4 operations teams within messaging portfolio. Generate RFP/RFS to choose messaging suppliers and negotiate terms. Handle RFP’s worth $10M over the span of the year for messaging software products. Program Management and People Management - Managing development team of 20 and 24 operations personnel comprising of project managers, technical leaders, and engineers. Responsible for migration of mailboxes to cloud of over 1lakh employees worldwide resulting in a savings of $1Million run cost per year. DMARC implementation of ericsson.com and various subdomains improving security drastically. Customized solution for applications to send out emails securely without the need of valid mailbox.
