About Sampath Kumar
Sampath is a management Professional with proven business acumen skills, has demonstrated his leadership over a variety of roles in ERP/Banking applications, strategic initiative development, support and managing international products. Has 20+ years of experience in building high-performing engineering organizations, 16+ years in ERP and close to 5 years in Banking. Sampath currently leads an ERP cloud team at Oracle that built a product from ground up and saw a customer successfully implement it in less than 2.5 years. Prior to his cloud stint, he was managing all of Integrations, SCM development, Support functions for a renowned on premise product. He also spreadheaded several customer program events enabling partners and customers to colloborate and learn from the product creators. Prior to Oracle, Sampath was instrumental in building banking products for RTGS, Forex modules from scratch. He was responsbile for colloborating with multiple vendors for their interface requirements, integration testing and enablement of 3 top nationalized banks implement the product successfully. All through his Career, Sampath has played diversified roles in Requirement Gathering, Engineering a product to suit the needs of Business, Process Analysis, Delivery Management and enabling customer product uptake across ERP and banking domains. Sampath thrives in unstructured, ambiguous environments. He possesses excellent leadership and communication skills and has the ability to employ conviction, persuasion and escalation in right balance, to drive teams towards common organizational goals with strong Solution Engineering and Delivery management focus.
