   In my current role at HCL Labs, I am spearheading the categorization and management of internal and client procurement activities, which encompass IT hardware, networking, global rentals, and non-IT procurement. This includes overseeing the global procurement of IT hardware and networking components, AMCs, rentals, and related services. My responsibilities also extend to supporting the Europe and India Sales teams in ensuring timely bid submissions. I am also playing a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, managing audits and processes, and successfully delivering various programs. Notably, I am achieving significant cost savings, negotiating favourable warranty terms, and securing extended payment terms, resulting in improved turnaround times and enhanced cost efficiency. I have introduced multi-dimensional vendor analysis, categorized quotation request models, and consolidated AMCs for streamlined procurement processes. Additionally, I am initiating the introduction of a Global Rate Card System and implementing various cost-saving methodologies, leading to substantial savings and improved client satisfaction ratings. I am also focusing on team development by arranging mandatory training programs and certifications, contributing to improved team performance.
