Description: In my current role, I own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Soundbox devices, overseeing everything from conceptualization to production and back to refurbishment. I formulate the product roadmap strategy, identifying merchant requirements and designing innovative solutions. I have successfully launched of India’s first portable Pocket Soundbox, significantly enhancing user experience of mobile merchants and expanding our market share with new customer segments. I collaborate with over 10 internal and external teams to ensure seamless product development and timely launches of multiple Soundbox variants. Additionally, I played a key role in implementing NPCI’s UPI Tap & Pay feature, via NFC-enabled Soundbox productionAchievements: Successfully conceptualized and launched 9 innovative soundboxes leading to increase in deployments to 1.2 Cr devices in just two years. I was rated as a top performer in the annual appraisal and promoted within a year for exceeding expectations, while also developing new products that enhanced brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
