With a Master of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Wichita State University, I am passionate about improving the efficiency and sustainability of logistics systems. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, such as SAP ERP, which I hold a certification in from LinkedIn.I have more than four years of experience in the logistics and hospitality sectors, where I applied my strategic planning, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality results, exceed expectations, and create value for my clients and stakeholders. As an Operations Manager at Chain Logistics, I oversaw the daily operations of a large-scale logistics company, optimizing the flow of goods and services, reducing costs, and increasing profitability. I also supported the implementation of SAP ERP software, enhancing the productivity and performance of the operations team. Previously, as a Demand Manager at OYO, I managed the demand generation and conversion strategies for a network of hotels and properties, developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing customer behavior and feedback, and improving the booking and retention rates.I am looking for opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge to new and challenging projects in the logistics industry, where I can collaborate with diverse and talented teams, contribute to the innovation and growth of the sector, and support the goals and vision of the organization.
