ABOUT SAM PARRINGTON

I am a highly motivated individual who expresses a high degree of professionalism and commitment. Whilst being a reliable, hardworking, young man, I have a thriving passion to learn and develop my technical knowledge. This passion combined with 10 years of commercial experience and multiple vendor qualifications makes me a solid 2nd / 3rd line specialised infrastructure engineer. During my career, I have planned and executed multiple server upgrades/migrations, multiple office installations/expansions configured and deployed bespoke hardware and software, MDM management, Office 365, day-to-day incidents as well as implemented backup solutions. I independently set up the entire IT infrastructure for a new call centre in Swindon, meaning I was able to design the correct topology to meet their requirements. I have also worked in multiple MSPs providing instant, technical service desk support for small to medium-sized companies. Whilst working productively within a team or independently, I can manage, prioritize and fix incoming incidents at a fast and reliable rate, as well as provide knowledge and training to my colleagues. In my opinion, it is important to engage and build connections with all employments/clients to ensure a constructive, comfortable working environment as well as continue supporting and bouncing new and technical ideas.
