As an Executive - HR & Talent Acquisition at PetaBytz Technologies Inc, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, for various positions in our organization. With a master\'s degree in Human Resources Management from Aurora\'s PG College, I have acquired the skills and knowledge to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate the HR policies and practices that align with the organizational goals and values. I have also gained valuable hands-on experience as an Internship Trainee at Quality Matrix Inc, where I assisted in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, for various positions for our clients. I am passionate about finding and nurturing the best talent, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, and enhancing the productivity and satisfaction of the employees. I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques to improve my HR and talent acquisition skills and competencies.
