I\'m a New-Yorker-turned-Seattlite with a passion for people and communication. With 15 years of experience spanning customer service, training, community management, and copywriting, clear and human-centered communication is at the heart of everything I do. Whether I’m coaching a group of new hires on brand voice, or responding to customers with empathy, my goal is to build trust and drive results.I’ve led teams ranging from 2 to 150+ across the U.S. and Southeast Asia. The onboarding programs I’ve developed from the ground up reduced ramp-up time by 30%, and delivered a <10% variance in performance between domestic and international teams. I’ve personally onboarded full CX teams with humor, empathy, and a deep desire to help others grow. I’ve had incredible mentors, and I strive to be that person for my team.While my titles have often centered around customer service, I think of myself as a communication jack-of-all-trades. I’ve owned all public-facing copy, from email macros to press releases.
