I have a bachelor\'s degree in psychology from Illinois State University, where I learned how to understand human behavior and motivations. I am currently a talent acquisition partner at Rivian, an innovative company that designs and produces electric adventure vehicles. As a talent acquisition partner, I support the internal mobility of Rivian\'s employees, helping them find new opportunities and roles within the company that match their skills, interests, and goals.
