I am a fourth-year Finance and Marketing student at the Max M. Fisher College of Business driven by a simple belief: meaningful results are built on genuine connection. I am motivated by understanding what drives people so that teams can operate with clarity, trust, and shared purpose, not just titles or responsibilities.In every academic, professional, and leadership setting, I intentionally seek to understand the people behind the roles. I ask thoughtful questions to define success early, adapt my communication style to different working preferences, and prioritize follow-through to maintain alignment. I care deeply about creating environments where individuals feel respected, supported, and motivated to perform at their best.Through my involvement in Pi Sigma Epsilon and Chi Omega, as well as my roles as a Business Finance 3220 Teaching Assistant and Sant’Anna Institute Alumni Ambassador, I continue developing both professionally and relationally. Whether mentoring students, representing an organization, or collaborating across teams, I strive to contribute not only through strong execution, but through trust and alignment that strengthen the group as a whole.I am committed to doing thoughtful, structured work, holding myself to high standards while continuously learning how to elevate those around me.
