ABOUT SAMMIE WILSON

Hi! I’m Sammie Wilson (formerly Inks), a Manager at Simon-Kucher. My work focuses primarily in the industrials and software sectors, advising organizations on pricing and growth strategy.I have a technical foundation in chemical engineering from Mines, but my curiosity and desire for diverse experiences led me to pursue a Masters of Engineering Management (MEM) at Dartmouth to expand my business and strategic thinking. This pivot opened the doors to consulting, a field where I get to blend analytical rigor with creative problem-solving every day.At Simon-Kucher, my role revolves around turning complex data into actionable insights. I’ve had the chance to work on a variety of projects— from pricing diagnostics to developing robust pricing models and sales enablement strategies. I thrive on the fast pace and the ever-changing challenges of the consulting world.I recently celebrated a milestone by being promoted to Senior Consultant, and I’m eager to continue pushing boundaries and driving value for our clients. One of my favorite aspects of consulting is the collaboration—it’s incredible to learn from such a talented and diverse group of colleagues and clients.I’m also passionate about mentoring and actively participate in SK recruiting efforts, helping to bring new talent into our vibrant community. I\'m a member of Corporate Collaboration Council for the Dartmouth MEM, coaching students during their studies and in planning their career paths by providing an industry perspective and providing mentorship through the search for internships and for first job placements after graduation.Outside the office, you can find me hitting the golf course, reading, skiing down slopes, crafting, or playing the piano. Excited about where this journey takes me next and always open to connecting!
