I am a results driven individual that believes one should first observe the process while talking with the front line employees to first understand the true reality before making suggestions or giving advice concerning change. I have found that by taking the correct approach to implementation, how it empowers the employee which leads to increased pride in their work, and how the company benefits by having more effective and efficient processes. When an organization is successful in achieving this combination not only does the company win, but the community and society wins as well.It is my passion and desire to share the knowledge I have gained in order to help others improve. I take great pride on developing others and watching them in their journey. I also enjoy the opportunities of being invited into other areas or companies to increase my learning and provide avenues of sharing any thoughts and suggestion for improvements. I am fortunate to have been involved with the development of strategic planning through tactical deployment within my company. Since 2007, I have helped our organization develop and grow from a handful of practitioners to over 350 certified individuals and worked with teams both in the USA & APAC regions.I currently serve on the management team within aircraft maintenance a where I have opportunities daily to apply what I have learned.    As a manager it is my duty to remove obstacles my team might encounter during their efforts to maintain and deliver high quality aircraft, safely, that serves our customers worldwide. I also have the opportunity to help employees in their personal development and improve our processes to be the most effective to deliver a quality product. We deliver scheduled service on the B767, A300/310, and MD11 aircraft in our facility, along with any drop-in maintenance as required.
