   I am responsible for delivering all executive initiatives for Oracle Health as programs, and creating a single and comprehensive strategy for the Oracle Health product portfolio, inclusive of strategic partnerships, pricing and packaging and growth/exit strategies. This is an expansive role by design - being responsible for the broad while being able to go deep into layers of execution when needed, own execution if needed, and knowing how to balance both the breadth and depth over a single subject matter. To empower this charter, I have built a team of central program and product strategists. Because execution is tightly coupled to budget, I also govern and manage the greater p&l for Oracle Health product technology. In this role, my team and I have- Developed the product and development acquisition strategy for Cerner into Oracle; understanding current state of technology inclusive of regulatory state and recommending paths forward while also driving execution where needed- Developed a product first patient safety and quality strategy for a new line of Business, Oracle Health, pivoting reactive posture to a proactive and preventative posture while driving down open incidents. This spans all Oracle Health assets, integrating Cerner with existing Oracle- Developed a new market entry protocol for Oracle Health, inclusive of product gaps, financial impacts, pipeline possibility and regulatory assessment to determine growth and exit priorities-Developed and are executing against the cloud migration strategy for Oracle Health products, inclusive of regulatory and security postures.
