Direct a 28-member legal and compliance organization with additional dotted-line authority over implementation teams across the operating companies.• Led comprehensive enterprise reorganization initiative, implementing new governance frameworks and operating models across all subsidiaries while maintaining operational continuity and regulatory compliance.• Established a new partnership procurement strategy and operating model, creating standardized processes for business development teams across multiple operating companies to pursue and secure large-scale distribution partnerships.• Direct all aspects of legal and compliance operations including- Insurance regulatory compliance and product filings across multiple jurisdictions- Corporate governance, contracting, employment law, and intellectual property- Privacy and data protection program management- Market conduct examination oversight and new law implementation.• Provide strategic oversight of major insurance distribution partnerships, including- Development of partnership evaluation and selection criteria- Implementation of cross-brand collaboration protocols- Creation of standardized partnership execution frameworks.• Corporate secretary for all enterprise companies and manages board governance with respect to the parent Board of Directors and all subsidiary boards. Liaises with all directors. • Responsible for oversight and management of enterprise risk management function.
