From the last 12 years, I am performing my duties to apply basic soil-mechanics principles & techniques for urban development of Capital Works Projects (Road, Sewer-SAN-STM, Water Supply Main). I am working as a Field GeoTechnical professional for earthwork geo-technical testing, inspection and material compliance. In the field, focused to apply municipal, OPSS & CSA codes & standards to monitor earthwork development: residential housing sub-divisions, and industrial, commercial, institutional ICI buildings footing base pad line envelope development for adequate load bearing capacity & grade stability. I have to do field density testing and material compliance inspection of sub-division municipal works and site plan development of engineered land fills. Responsible to control:Waterways: trenches back-fill. Sanitary-Storm Sewers (RCC Circular & Box Culverts), PVC Water-Supply-Mains for bedding, pipe haunching, cover for stability and installation. Geo-technical aspects for water control structures, storm water storage pond, inflow/outflow water control structures, water spillway, water measuring weirs, water stop head wall, housing footings grade stability for adequate load bearing capacity for safe & stable structures.Road-ways: density and stability of sub-grade, proof rolling, density testing for granular base, and asphalt. Skills Application & Accountability:Compaction Testing: Conduct Compaction Testing by Nuclear Densometer (Humboldt Model 5001-B, Cs- 137, Am-241:Be) for adequate Density 1. Soils 2. Granular 3. Pavement Asphalt 4. Marshall StabilityMonitor: 1. Materials Properties & Source 2. Identification (Colour, Texture) 3. Moisture Conditions 4.
