About Sammantha M.
Bridge building is a core tenet of mine. Partnering, designing, and achieving results with internal and external stakeholders requires tenacity to engage thoughtfully, rooted in shared values. At Morningstar, Inc. and Deloitte, this people-first superpower enabled me to focus on what was important to my clients and cultivate, and equip, teams to implement organizational priorities. Over the last decade, I have served as a lay leader in the Jewish community through Moishe House (now Mem Global), American Jewish Committee (AJC), and Maot Chitim. In January 2025, I was appointed to serve on President Isaac Herzog\'s inaugural global council, uniting 150 diverse Jewish voices from 6 continents to identify, discuss, and creatively address the most pressing and long-term challenges affecting the Jewish people. Eager to combine the for-profit skills I have mastered and the passion I exude to protect a just and inclusive society through the Jewish non-profit sector, I joined the American Jewish Committee as the Director of Leadership Engagement at the end of 2025.
