About Sammantha Ballou

I\'ve been in the student housing world since 2016 and I have worked with a handful of different companies, positions, and markets. My start was as a Community Assistant in the Western Kentucky University market with Campus Evolution Villages. I was quickly promoted to Leasing Manager while Campus Evolution Villages and Pinnacle Campus Living merged together. Shortly after the merge in companies I was promoted to a corporate position as a Regional Marketing Director. After Pinnacle Campus Living restructured their corporate marketing team I took a brief pause from Student Housing. As many of us in the industry know, those breaks never last long! Six short months later I joined Pierce Education Properties as a Leasing Manager for Hilltop Club; again in the WKU market. After 2 leasing seasons there I was hired with Peak as a Leasing Manager for Muse Bowling Green. In November 2020 XFD Real Estate took over management of Muse BG and I became the General Manager. I spent 3 amazing leasing seasons at Muse BG and built an extraordinary team of people there. After giving birth to my daughter I decided to take time away from onsite management and have now entered a contracted role with XFD where I assist with a multitude of different operations and marketing aspects!
