My role combines document preparation, client communication, and administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional legal process- Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney- Serve as a witness in client meetings and document signings to ensure accuracy and compliance- Communicate with clients by phone and email, providing timely and professional assistance- Manage scheduling, client files, and correspondence to maintain organized and efficient operations- Assist in developing updated marketing and promotional materials to strengthen the firm’s outreach and client engagement.
