I\'ve spent my career operating across both AR and DA frameworks in financial services which means I understand the regulatory, commercial and operational realities from both sides of the fence. That perspective shapes how I approach recruitment and business development at Sesame Bankhall Group, where I work with mortgage and protection advisers who are ready to take control of their business and back themselves. I\'m passionate about helping people grow whether that\'s an established firm looking for a better network fit, or a CeMAP qualified adviser taking the leap into running their own AR for the first time. Getting that decision right matters, and I take that seriously.Away from work I\'m a long-suffering Swindon Town fan, a lover of live music, and I hold a degree in Politics and International Relations, which probably explains why I enjoy a good negotiation.
