In addition to all previously held Inside Sales responsibilities- Manage installation coordination of all sales order - generate dispatches, determine appropriate compensation, ensure customer satisfaction throughout installation process- Maintain strong communication with certified installation partners- Request customer site survey and review for any potential installation cost overages- Actively contribute to process improvement discussions to ultimately benefit the customer experience.
