I have over 19 years of wide-ranging experience as an environmental, health and safety (EHS) principal and manager supporting internal and external clients oil and gas, chemicals, manufacturing, and government. I am a proven and inspirational EHS leader and successful environmental manager and have consistently been recognized as a high achiever with superior leadership skills, detailed attention to detail, and strong vision. I am the principal air resource in several states, building trust and respect within my team. I take pride in adding value in my role and by applying insights from my Rice MBA toward innovative EHS leadership. Recent highlights include successfully leading the air permitting on two strategic EagleFord expansion projects, each of which add 200 Mscfd of inlet capacity.    I manage the air permitting program for all new and existing onshore natural gas processing, handling, and transmission facilities as well as NGL pipelines in the Southern Business Unit for DCP Midstream, which is a leader in the midstream segment of the energy industry.As a working manager, I actively manage my team of experienced engineers and I am also the primary air permitting resource for several DCP assets including- Barnett Shale in Texas- Central and South Texas Asset (includes all of our Eagle Ford holdings)- Gulf Coast Asset (includes Texas, Louisiana and Alabama facilities)- Over miles of NGL pipelines including the Southern Hills and Sand Hills pipeline system- Marysville Hydrocarbons facility (Michigan)- Northeastern Propane Terminals (nine states, including NY, PA, and MA)I currently manage several PSD permitting projects as well as numerous Title V, NSR construction applications, and PBRs. For TCEQ programs, if you name it, I have experience in it.My team and I deliver timely and flexible air permitting solutions to in-house engineering and operations clients representing compressor and booster stations, gas plants, terminals, fractionators, and associated midstream gas facilities. We also work closely with operations and our compliance partners to ensure that our air permitting approach ensures continuous compliance with all rules while allowing for growth in our business.
