Dr. Juett\'s human capital management (HCM), security sector reform (SSR), and institutional capacity development (HICD) experience spans work at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kabul; Ministries of Justice and Interior in Libya; Ministries of Interior for the Palestinian National Authority, Jordan, and Iraq; Ministry-level offices for Municipalities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi; national-level elections in Kosovo, and law enforcement and criminal justice programming in Vietnam. He is a distinguished senior executive in municipal management in the United States. Sam\'s operational experience spans Security sector reform, Foreign Affairs, Municipalities, and Interior Ministry training and management programs. His international work includes anti-corruption, program monitoring and effectiveness, and transitional justice throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Central America. Frequently, Dr. Juett is sought by executive managers as the “go-to” provider of solutions to organizational performance challenges.
