Part time job in which I work as a Supervisor, leading a team of upto 10 assistants to carry out 1 to 1 teaching and ensure a smooth lesson flow with classes of up to 25 children for 11+ tuition.My role is to manage and oversee the classroom, ensure my team are aiding the growth and thoroughly preparing children for their entrance examinations. I also liaise with senior teachers and parents to ensure children are receiving the best support possible.
