A Business Analyst with versatile experience in IT, who could very well understand the Business & Technical challenges. Always, strives to design & deliver promising solutions/services, that caters to ever-evolving needs of an Organisation and its valuable customers & stakeholders.As an enthusiastic person and a self-motivated professional, I have a strong penchant for learning about the Business Process Development and Solutions. I\'ve primarily worked in Banking and Financial Services sector (AMEX) which has given me challenging opportunities to improve my domain knowledge & skills and also transformed my career from a \'Mainframe Programmer\' to \'SAS Consultant\' & now I am working as a \'Business Analyst\' for \'Students Loan Company\' a UK Public body that deals with Student Finance.With my effective interpersonal skills, I have proved establishing a close collaboration with the Business and IT teams, which has helped in achieving the objectives (both independently & as a team) and meet any stringent deadlines. My commitment towards work, problem solving and analytical skills have always been recognized and appreciated, as it brings out the best results in my workmanship.I\'ve hands-on experience in SAS, which enhanced my Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting Skills. Through my experience in working with UK government organisations like SLC, I\'ve gained an extensive knowledge on Requirement Elicitation, Functional Analysis, Technical Design, Development & Document Management Capabilities.I\'m always open to take-up any new role and challenging position, which will make best use of my existing skillset and experiences, while enabling further personal & professional development, throughout my career journey.
