A development team leader with an eye for empathy, clarity and consistency.Mainly focused within the.NET ecosystem, I have been leading the Retail Floor Planning team within SymphonyAI Retail | CPG for nearly a year. Prior to that, I was a senior contributer to our solution area, helping create new cutting edge functionality to make our solution as streamlined as possible, as well as a brand new Angular website to act as companion software to our main application - a desktop based AutoCAD plugin and drawing management application. Over 3 years, we have been busy incorporating customer and team feedback, modifying a legacy code base to be more easily maintanable, legible and clean, and remaining hyper-focused on our commitment to be a painless team to work with internally and externally.I have 8 years of experience within the Category Management, Space Planning and Promotion Planning domains as a Consultant and Developer to bring customer and domain knowledge to the table.For over 5 years I worked as a technical and functional consultant for some of the world\'s largest brands; helping with implementations of new software, professional consultancy advice, feature breakdowns and ongoing support.
